Terms of service

AxamyOne Jobs is operated by Axamy Group Limited, company number 17438182, whose registered office is 9, Bartle House, Oxford Court, Manchester, United Kingdom, M2 3WQ. These terms apply when you visit or use AxamyOne Jobs. By creating an account or using a signed-in service, you agree to them. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

AxamyOne Jobs provides search, company pages, applications and recruitment workflow tools. We are not the employer unless a vacancy clearly identifies Axamy as the hiring organisation. Employers control their vacancies and hiring decisions. We do not guarantee an interview, offer, candidate, hire or particular response time.

• Keep your profile, CV, availability and application information accurate.
• Only upload documents you are entitled to use and that do not expose unnecessary third-party information.
• Protect account access and tell us promptly about suspected misuse.
• Use employer contact information only for the genuine application or recruitment process.

• Post genuine, current vacancies with accurate job, pay, location and contract information.
• Do not state or imply unlawful discrimination in an advert or selection process.
• Use candidate information only for authorised recruitment and apply appropriate retention, security and deletion controls.
• Request Right to Work, DBS or other checks only where relevant and lawful.
• Ensure team members have the correct permissions and remove access when it is no longer needed.

Plan features, live-job and team limits are shown at the time of purchase and may vary by plan. A free trial may convert to a paid subscription only where the checkout and payment mandate make that clear. Paid subscriptions renew for the stated billing period until cancelled.

Card payments may be handled by Stripe and Direct Debit by GoCardless. Failed or cancelled payments may restrict paid features. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already due for a billing period are not refundable merely because the service was not used. We will give reasonable notice of material price changes affecting a future renewal.

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, reproduce and display it as needed to operate, secure and promote the marketplace according to your settings. For example, a published vacancy and company page may appear in search engines.

AxamyOne branding, product design and platform software remain ours or our licensors’. You must not scrape, copy, reverse engineer or commercially reuse the service except through an authorised API or written agreement.

We may review, reject, hide or remove content and restrict or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, spam, security risk, unlawful activity, payment failure, misleading information or breach of these terms. Urgent action may be taken without advance notice where users or the service could be at risk.

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may change or discontinue features, apply usage safeguards or carry out maintenance. Where practical, we will communicate material changes affecting paid customers.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, Axamy is not responsible for independent hiring decisions, user-supplied content or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was made.

Business users are responsible for maintaining appropriate recruitment, compliance and continuity processes. Any further liability limits agreed in an order form or enterprise agreement will also apply.

You can stop using the service and request account deletion. Employers can cancel a paid subscription through the available billing controls, subject to the stated billing period. We may end an account for a material breach, unresolved payment failure or risk to users or the platform. Provisions intended to survive closure, including payment, ownership, lawful retention and liability provisions, will continue.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that a consumer may have mandatory rights to bring a claim elsewhere in the UK.
