Accessibility statement
How we are making AxamyOne Jobs usable across different devices, input methods and assistive technologies.
Last updated 4 September 2026
Our commitment
AxamyOne Jobs aims for its public website and candidate, employer and admin portals to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We want people to be able to search, apply and manage recruitment tasks regardless of device or access need.
What the service supports
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators.
- Semantic headings, labels, landmarks and accessible names.
- Responsive layouts with zoom and reflow support.
- Text alternatives for meaningful product images.
- Status and error messages that do not rely on colour alone.
- Reduced-motion preferences where animation is used.
Known limitations
Some content is supplied by employers or candidates, including job descriptions, logos and uploaded CVs. We cannot guarantee that every third-party document is fully accessible. Rich job descriptions are restricted to a small set of safe structural formatting, including headings through surrounding page structure, paragraphs and lists.
Hosted checkout, Direct Debit and authentication services may include interfaces supplied by third parties. We select established providers and will raise material barriers with them.
Report an accessibility barrier
Email support@axamyone.co.uk or call 0161 804 8811. Tell us the page, task, device, browser and assistive technology involved where possible. We will acknowledge the issue, investigate it and offer a reasonable alternative where we can.
Testing and review
Accessibility is reviewed during component development, automated checks and manual keyboard testing. This statement will be updated as the service develops and after material accessibility reviews.
