The Role
We are delighted to recruit a passionate and inspiring Year 3 Teacher to join a vibrant Primary School in Liverpool, starting as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity to guide pupils through a key stage in their educational journey, fostering their curiosity and confidence as they transition into Key Stage 2. You’ll create an engaging classroom environment where young learners can thrive academically and personally. This is a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver creative, high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for Year 3 pupils
• Support pupils’ academic progress, tailoring teaching to meet diverse learning needs and abilities
• Build a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages participation and growth
• Assess and monitor student development, providing feedback to pupils and parents
• Collaborate with colleagues, teaching assistants, and families to ensure a holistic approach to each child’s education
• Contribute to the school’s wider community through events, activities, and initiatives
What we are looking for
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching at Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 3 or similar.
• Strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum and effective teaching strategies for this age group
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners
• A creative and adaptable approach, with a commitment to nurturing every child’s potential
