About the role
Larkmead School is seeking applications to work in our busy office as Student Services Administrator. The role of the Student Services Administrator is to provide a high-quality service to students, being the first point of contact for students requiring assistance. Providing support for students with various issues including but not limited to administering first aid, general queries, lost property, contacting parents/carers. Ideally the successful candidate will have prior experience of working in an administrative environment, although this need not necessarily have been in a school. Flexibility, patience and a polite manner are a must for the post-holder. Applicants should be ICT competent and be familiar with MS Office and e-mail, and willing to train as a First Aider. This is a Monday - Friday position 08:30 - 15:30 plus 5 inset days.
