Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- National Award for SEN Co-ordination (NASENCO) (or willingness to complete within 3 years of appointment).
- Proven EYFS and KS1 Teaching Experience: Deep understanding of early child development, play-based learning, and foundational primary curriculum.
- Complex SEND Expertise: Demonstrated experience working directly with children with complex and diverse special educational needs and disabilities.
- EHCP Knowledge: Hands-on experience navigating the EHCP application process, drafting statutory assessment paperwork, and leading annual reviews.
