About the role

We seek to appoint a Permanent Senior Attendance Officer - Family Outreach Worker to join the Pastoral support team at George Pindar School.

George Pindar School is an 11-16 secondary school situated in Scarborough. This is a rewarding role where you'll combine data analysis with hands-on family engagement, working closely with students, parents, school staff, and external agencies to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive. From monitoring attendance and conducting home visits to developing targeted support strategies, you'll play a key role in promoting a culture where attendance matters.

Hours of Work: 37 Hours per Week, Term Time Only
