We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cook to join our catering team, helping to deliver high-quality meals in a safe, clean and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Ensuring compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, COSHH and HACCP regulations.
- Assisting with organising on-site or transported meal service.
- Carrying out general kitchen and dining room duties, including cleaning and equipment setup.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and house-keeping.
- Completing simple clerical tasks (e.g. temperature logs, cleaning records).
- Promoting positive customer relations and contributing to portion control and cost-efficiency.
We are seeking an individual who:
- Is a team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Has experience in catering or kitchen environments.
- Has a commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic workplace.
