We are seeking proactive and skilled Property Services Engineer to join our team who both maintain and enhance our school’s buildings and grounds. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in creating safe, functional, and inspiring spaces for students and staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance;
- Conducting refurbishment and decoration projects to improve learning spaces;
- Supporting sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency improvements;
- Maintaining outdoor areas and completing seasonal site tasks.
We’re looking for:
- Experience in premises or facilities maintenance;
- Knowledge of general plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and general repairs;
- Painting and decorating skills would be advantageous;
- Commitment to health and safety regulations;
- Approachable, organised, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
