We are seeking caring, reliable and enthusiastic Midday Leaders to join our dedicated team at Halcyon Way School. Supporting pupils during lunch with sensitivity and care Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction Supervising indoor and outdoor play activities Assisting with personal care Being a friendly and consistent presence for our pupils Has a calm, patient and caring approach Enjoys working with children and young people with special educational needs Can work well as part of a team Is committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing Experience in a school or SEN setting is desirable, but not essential - training will be provided A welcoming and supportive team Full training and induction package The opportunity to make a real difference every day
