We are seeking a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team. This important role helps ensure that lunchtime is a safe, positive and enjoyable experience for all pupils. You will supervise children during lunch periods, promote positive behaviour and support their wellbeing both in the dining hall and on the playground.

• Supervise pupils during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
• Encourage positive behaviour and reinforce the school's expectations.
• Support children in the dining hall and promote good manners.
• Monitor playground activities and help create an inclusive environment.
• Assist with the organisation of playground games and activities.
• Respond appropriately to minor incidents and report concerns when necessary.
• Support pupils in developing positive relationships with their peers.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and school policies at all times.

• A positive, patient and caring approach to working with children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Confidence in supervising groups of children in a busy environment.
• An understanding of the importance of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
• The ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with incidents.
• Previous experience working with children would be beneficial but is not essential.
