About the role
We are looking to appoint Learning Support Assistants who are:
- Highly motivated, creative and well organised
- Able to work with a range of pupils who have Special Educational Needs/disabilities
- Have an NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification
- Be a great team player who can collaborate with others and contribute to the smooth functioning and workings of the school
- Be able to adapt activities and facilitate learning for individuals
- Be able to plan for pupils alongside the teacher, providing an individualised curriculum to suit the needs of your key pupil so they can reach their potential
- Provide learning experiences which develop the whole child so that they can gain the independence and skills they need to prepare them for adulthood
