We are seeking an outstanding Lead SEND Practitioner to join our dedicated Inclusion team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving exceptional SEND provision, supporting students to overcome barriers to learning and thrive both both academically and personally.
As a Lead SEND Practitioner, you will:
- Lead and develop high-quality provision for students with SEND.
- Line manage and support Learning Support Assistants (LSAs).
- Design and deliver effective intervention programmes for students with additional educational needs.
- Support teachers to deliver excellent classroom practice and inclusive learning experiences.
- Coach, mentor and inspire students to become confident, independent learners.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience working with children and young people with SEND.
- Has strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
- Is passionate about inclusion and improving outcomes for vulnerable learners.
- Can build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues.
- Is committed to helping every young person succeed
