We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Lead Midday Supervisor to lead our lunchtime supervision team and help create a safe, positive, and enjoyable environment for pupils during lunch time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, can confidently lead a team, and is committed to supporting pupil wellbeing and behaviour.

Aim and main purpose of the role:

• Lead and supervise the midday team, ensuring effective staffing and lunchtime supervision arrangements.
• Promote a safe, positive and inclusive environment for pupils during lunch and playtimes.
• Support pupils' wellbeing, behaviour and safeguarding, responding appropriately to incidents and concerns.
• Encourage healthy eating and positive social interactions within the dining hall.
• Organise and support recreational and physical activities that enhance pupils' lunchtime experience.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs.
