About the role
We're looking for a talented HLTA to take the lead in the classroom and support outstanding learning across our school.
The post requires someone with:
- A HLTA qualification or equivalent experience working within a primary school setting.
The confidence and ability to lead whole-class teaching across a range of year groups.
- Excellent classroom management skills and high expectations of behaviour and achievement
- A strong understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies.
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
- Experience of supporting and accelerating pupil progress.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility, resilience and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and ensuring every child can achieve their full potential.
- A positive, enthusiastic and proactive approach, with a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
