About the role
The role
- 8:25am - 3:15pm Monday-Friday, term-time only.
- Teaching at all levels within a dynamic, energetic department
- Planning and preparing lessons to reflect individual needs of students
- Regular assessment of students in line with departmental and school policies
- Fulfilment of tasks as set by the Head of Department
- Participation in meetings with colleagues, parents and students relating to the responsibilities listed above
- To discharge a duty of care to all students in the school.
The ideal candidate
- Honours degree in a relevant subject and Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience teaching A-Level is desirable but not essential
- Applications are equally welcome from experienced or newly-qualified teachers.
- The role is full time but part-time hours may be considered for highly experienced candidates
