We are seeking an inspirational and strategic leader to join our senior leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future direction of our school, working closely with colleagues, pupils, families, and the wider Trust to secure excellence in teaching, learning, and pastoral care.

As part of our leadership team, you will:

1. Provide clear, ambitious, and compassionate leadership that reflects our school’s ethos and values
2. Lead on whole-school priorities, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, behaviour, and outcomes
3. Support and challenge staff to achieve their best through effective coaching and professional development
4. Play a central role in safeguarding, inclusion, and the wellbeing of pupils and staff
5. Work in partnership with the Headteacher, governors, and Trust colleagues to drive continuous improvement
6. Contribute to the wider Trust strategy, sharing expertise and learning across our family of schools

We are seeking someone who is:

1. An outstanding practitioner with a proven record of raising standards
2. Experienced in leading teams and driving whole-school improvement
3. Skilled in building positive relationships with staff, pupils, parents, and external partners
