We are seeking an inspirational Deputy Headteacher to join our dedicated leadership team and play a key role in shaping the next stage of our school's journey. Working closely with the Headteacher, you will help drive our vision for excellence, nurture a culture of high expectations and ensure every child is supported to achieve their full potential. As an English specialist, you will lead and champion English across the school, inspiring a love of reading, writing and language in both pupils and staff. Candidates will demonstrate a proven track record of successfully leading whole-school improvement, developing colleagues and securing strong outcomes for children. We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with outstanding classroom expertise; someone who leads with warmth, integrity and ambition and who has the energy and determination to make a real difference.
