About the role
As a Year 3 Class Teacher at Lady Jane Grey, you are responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where pupils can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. You plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the curriculum, assess progress, and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
You play a key role in nurturing children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing while maintaining high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and personal development. Working closely with parents, colleagues, support staff, and external agencies, you ensure every child is supported to reach their full potential.
As part of the Raleigh Education Trust you will be supported with continual professional development in your career development through expert led training. You will also have opportunities to link up with other professionals across the Trust.
