Highfield School is an 11-19 secondary school for pupils with severe learning difficulties, split across 3 sites - Ossett, Thornes and central Wakefield. Our school is popular and oversubscribed. About This Role
As Attendance & Admissions Officer you will support the daily operations of the school attendance and front office, including investigating absences, producing reports for senior colleagues, processing orders, processing petty cash, maintaining the school meals system, academic year end/ new year processes and office duties.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ICT skills
- Good time management
- Able to work on own initiative and part of a team
- Able to multitask and work to tight deadlines
