About the role
Our school office is a busy environment which serves as a central point for our families and staff. The successful candidate will support the school office manager in ensuring the smooth operations of the office, they will need a flexible and proactive approach to ensure the demands of the role are met. This varied role will involve overseeing reception duties, liaising with families and visitors, and providing administrative support to the Office Manager across a range of functions, including finance, HR/personnel, and general office administration.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and a commitment to supporting a positive school environment.
